Services
Specialty: Complex, Developmental, & Racial Trauma
You don’t have to be part of the child welfare system to know the ache of early loss, the pressure to perform for love, or the impact of being unseen. Many people I work with carry the weight of trauma woven into their earliest relationships—whether through emotional neglect, institutionalization, overdiagnosis, or rigid family systems. You may be navigating identity, trust, or the long work of reparenting yourself. You may want to break generational cycles, reconnect with your body, or just figure out how to feel more like you. We’ll work at the pace of safety, not urgency. You bring your story. I’ll bring the care. We’ll meet somewhere in the middle.
Specialty: Post-Adoption Support
If your life has been impacted by adoption or foster care, you may carry questions about where you come from, who you are, or why things happened the way they did. You might feel split between families, identities, or versions of yourself that were shaped by survival. Whether you're an adoptee, a birth parent, or part of an adoptive family, this work can bring up grief, anger, guilt, confusion, or longing—sometimes all at once. You may be in search of a person, a truth, or simply a place where your story is safe to unfold. Here, we slow down, listen closely, and make space for the complexity. There’s no right way to feel. Only your way.
