Lead Therapist, Practicum Supervisor | (they/them)

You long to make sense of the parts of yourself you’ve had to hide or split off to survive. You deserve a space to sort through what’s yours, what isn’t, and what you want to carry forward. Even if the world doesn’t reflect you back, you deserve the kind of self-trust and clarity that doesn’t need permission to exist.

Specialty: Gender, Sex, and Sexuality

I help teens and young adults working through some of the most sacred, messy, and human experiences—most especially when they intersect with gender, identity, and belonging. I work with folks experiencing gender dysphoria, the layered pain of 'double-closet' dysphoria, and the often silent aftershocks of gender and sexuality trauma. Whatever you're doing to get to know what transition looks and feels to you, surviving systems that never saw you fully, or trying to untangle who you are in love, friendship, or chosen family—my door and heart are open to you. I'm here to work with teenagers and young adults too who bear the weight of questions that don't always have answers, especially when the world wants you to have all the answers already. Together, we create a calm and affirming space while you find your truth, recreate old narratives, and find a life that actually fits. You are not too much. You are not broken. You are becoming. And I'm already so grateful to get to see it.

Specialty: Complex Childhood Trauma Recovery

I work with people who have lived through things they never should’ve had to—those navigating the silent aftermath of adoption trauma, the invisible bruises of childhood abuse and neglect, and the tangled roots of developmental and complex trauma. I walk with teens and young adults trying to make sense of their place in the world, and with anyone learning how to break free from codependent patterns that once felt like survival. I hold space for anxiety that makes your chest feel too tight and depression that steals your mornings. Together, we unlearn the lies pain taught you, and begin to rebuild something softer, truer—something that feels like home inside yourself. My role is not to fix you (because you’re not broken)—but to walk with you, gently and honestly, until you see the strength in your own reflection.

We already think the world of you

Life isn't easy. We've all had someone remind us of that during a time of struggle. What they forgot to tell you is that having difficult life experiences doesn't mean you're doomed to struggle or suffer through them. That's what we're here for.
