Fees and Insurance

We are able to work in-network and out-of-network with a wide variety of insurance carriers. Insurance coverage can vary depending on the provider and plan, and our team will help you understand your specific benefits. When you reach out, we’ll walk you through your options and match you with the therapist who best fits your needs, preferences, and financial situation.

We are able to work with: Aetna, Aetna – Medicare Advantage, Allegiance, Allied, Anthem EAP (Bank of America), Capital Blue Cross (PA), Carelon Behavioral Health, Centivo, Cigna, Cigna and Evernorth, Employee Benefit Management Services (EBMS), First Health Network, Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield (NJ), Independence Blue Cross (PA), Luminare Health (formerly Trustmark), Meritain, Providence Health Plan (via Carelon Behavioral Health), Quest Behavioral Health, and WebTPA.

We are approved to receive funding from the Delaware Victim's Compensation Program. We can assist you in obtaining your approval letter for therapy with us from VCAP.

Some of our therapists are able to offer a sliding scale or adjusted rate in certain situations, especially when we are not in-network with your insurance. We encourage you to reach out if one of our specialists feels like the right fit—we’ll talk through your options and do our best to find a therapy plan that works for both your clinical and financial needs.

If your preferred therapist isn’t in-network with your insurance, you may still be eligible for partial reimbursement through your out-of-network mental health benefits. These benefits allow you to work with the therapist of your choice and submit claims to your insurance for reimbursement—often up to 60% of the session fee, depending on your plan. We’ll gladly provide you with a superbill and guidance on how to use it.
