Kudos to you for reaching out for support—it takes courage to face what you’re going through. Anxiety can feel overwhelming, but together we’ll find ways to ease that weight. My goal is to help you understand your thoughts, give you tools to manage them, and create space for more peace in your life. You don’t have to go through this alone, and we’ll work at a pace that feels right for you.
